If I could give Stephany more than five stars, I would.

My first impression of her probably says more about the kind of agent she is than anything else I could write. She showed up to meet me professionally dressed while I was cleaning up the yard after a tenant had moved out. Before I knew it, she had picked up yard tools—in her very nice clothes—and asked me, “Where do I start?” I remember thinking, Ma’am, your clothes are expensive. I actually assumed she must be a newer agent still trying to prove herself. I later learned she had already done $4 million in sales her first year. She wasn’t inexperienced. She simply wasn’t above doing whatever needed to be done.

And that continued through the entire sale.

There were complications, setbacks, difficult conversations, and plenty of emotions throughout this sale. Stephany handled every single one of these. She was my Realtor, mediator, problem solver, and occasional therapist.

What stands out most is that this wasn’t a multimillion-dollar listing. It was a modest home in a mobile home community. But you would never have known that from the level of attention Stephany gave me. She treated me, my home, and this sale as though it were a $10 million property and I were her most important client.

That tells you everything you need to know about her character and the kind of Realtor she is.

Stephany works hard. She communicates. She shows up. She pays attention to the things that matter to her clients, even when those things technically have nothing to do with selling a house. And when things get complicated, she doesn’t disappear—she gets to work.

I trusted her with a home that meant a tremendous amount to me, and I am incredibly grateful that I did.

Five stars doesn’t feel like enough.
